Lakeside Gem

Lakeside Gem is a fully renovated, air-conditioned home situated 50 metres from the lakes edge, a 3 minute walk to local IGA, newsagency & a great local coffee shop. Enjoy Dolphin Point within a few minutes walk, with a wonderful serene inlet that has shady trees, park, play area and beautiful child friendly water. Enjoy paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking or just lazing around. The boat ramp is just two streets away for boating enthusiasts. Our place is an open-plan, fully renovated lakeside bungalow with two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed, and the other with two sets of bunk beds. We also have a gorgeous Plush sofa bed with a thick double mattress and a click-clack sofa which can accomodate an extra person. These sofa beds are situated in the lounge room. All up, our place can accommodate up to 9 people. Best suited for families. We have a huge deck with a flat, enclosed backyard which is great for the kids to run around in. The house is fully accessible, though the lock up garage is not. We will not have any face to face contact with our guests, but are available by email or phone if you need anything at all. Lakeside Gem is situated on the south side of Burrill Lake. It is in a quiet street only three houses, or 50 metres, to the lake, and only two streets from the boat ramp. A few minutes walk will get you to Burrill inlet or Dolphin Point, which is lovely, calm water for the kids to swim in, or for partaking in paddle boarding, surf skiing or kayaking. If you prefer waves or rock fishing, the beach is only a further 100 metres east. A car is the best way to get around the South Coast. There are buses to and from Sydney, but please check the timetables. Our surf ski is available for use.
