The ground floor offers a family room with five comfortable sofa reclining furnishing arranged around an electric easy to operate fireplace and an HDTV, as well as a Full Kitchen with laundry. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and comes with all the cooking basics you'll need to prepare meals - if you can resist the temptation to grab dinner from one of the many restaurants downtown, that is! Cedar Pond Farmhouse offers one lovely large suite with a Queen bed and private bathroom, and a second bedroom that we have set as a game room with a Queen size very good Air mattress and it’s own i suite full bathroom. This Game Room Area is large enough to set up an additional cot or extra game tables. Both bedrooms are equipped with room darkening shades. Outside on the ground level is a lovely patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere in the country. There is 42 acres for walking trails, a pond for fishing and an area to hit golf ball or play outdoor games. Cedar Pond Farmhouse is perfectly located just 22 miles from west Nashville. With such a convenient location, you can enjoy all that Nashville has to offer and still be back in the country in just over 30 minutes. Important Notes: - This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - This property is the basement of a private home, so it does have shared ceiling/floors with the owners upstairs. Guest will enjoy the entire lower level with a private entrance and patio to themselves. Guests are welcome to use the top balcony anytime by entrance via the outdoor deck. Guests are also welcome to come inside upstairs whenever the hosts are home. We just ask guest to refrain from being upstairs when hosts are not home. I will gladly cook a breakfast for guests if they like and we are available as needed. Cedar Pond Farmhouse is only 2 miles from Historic Downtown Dickson. There is plenty of boutiques, coffee shops, antique shops, restaurants, and even a brewery. Located within only five miles we have two of the largest and most beautiful golf courses in Tennessee. Greystone and Montgomery Bell State park are both superior courses to play. Buckner Park and Montgomery Bell State park both offer many outdoor activities: swimming, hiking, ball parks, dog parks, playgrounds, trail walking or biking, boating and kayaking.
