Two bedroom loft cottage for rent on a weekly or monthly basis. The house is centrally located in Lattingtown right off Sheep Lane. The cottage is less than a mile to the beach and Piping Rock's Beach Club, two miles to the Creek Club, and a short ride to Seawanhaka Yacht Club via Bayville road! Full kitchen, king size bed (in loft), two couches and television included. The cottage is walkable from the Locust Valley train station. Serious inquiries only. Please note that the loft bedroom is approached by a steep staircase and may not be suitable for elderly, handicapped, or young children. There is only one parking spot behind the cottage and it is located on the property of another house. LINENS – The house is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All linens are freshly laundered prior to your arrival. We provide your initial supply of paper products, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc for your convenience REPAIRS /SERVICE CALLS: We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of equipment such as heating, air conditioning, TV's or other appliances. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Renter(s) understand and agree that owners of Gold Coast Gem or its repair people might need access to the apartment for the purpose of making the repair.
