Very large south facing room overlooking the garden so it is quiet. It has a 6ft wide zip and link bed (so this can either be a double or twin) with en suite shower room. It has a flat screen TV (not cable). Although cable TV is availale in the sitting room with all cable channels. Wifi is provided. The All England is 20 minutes walk away. We renovated our home when we moved here a few years ago. I am an interior designer and I have designed the house to be modern yet comfortable. We have a lovely conservatory overlooking the south facing garden where there is a cable TV with all Sports and Film channels. Otherwise there is a comfortable living room for quiet reading. You are free to make yourselves tea or coffee at any time and to sit in the garden. As little or as often as they like. We have lived in Wimbledon for some time so we are happy to give advice on local restaurants and amenities. We are on a no through road so it is very quiet yet only a 5 minute walk from the station and shops. We are a 20 walk from the All England Tennis Courts and a 5 minute walk to the buses that take ticket holders every few minutes to the Tournament. We are also a ten minute walk away from Wimbledon Common and Wimbledon Village with its iconic riding stables. Fast trains from Wimbledon Station get to Waterloo in 15 minutes. Train station with fast 15 min train to Waterloo is 5 minutes walk away and bus nos 59 and 131 on the doorstep. We are a ten minute walk to Wimbledon Village and lovely walks on Wimbledon Common. We are a 3 minute walk to a supermarket and all the bars and restaurants of Wimbledon. Renowned English breakfast. Wifi and cable TV with all channels. South facing garden. Comfortable sitting room.
