Self-contained entire guest suite, St Agnes

'Delphi Heights' is a large, spacious and bright room complete with king size bed, lounge area with TV and DVD player, table and chairs, private bathroom, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle) and private entrance in super popular and stunning St. Agnes, Cornwall. Delphi Heights is 2km door to door from Trevellas Cove (20 min walk), a lovely sandy beach that's connected to St Agnes's main beach (Trevaunance) via the coastal path. We also have very quick access to the stunning South West Costal Path (about 1 mile on foot) and we're 10 mins by car to nearby Perranporth, a larger town with a huge, stunning, sandy beach. Truro, (which is a large town boasting all the amenities and shops you could possibly need) is a 15 min drive away. We're 5 minutes by car to St Agnes' village centre, which has a small supermarket, cute village veggie shop, The Sorting Office (a cafe serving epic coffee alongside sourdough, pastries and delicious cakes), a local butcher, pub and a bakery. Just down the road from us is Open Surf, a coffee shop-cum-surf shop that oozes Scandi cool, alongside the extremely well-known foodie spot: Canteen, which serves £5 lunches by renowned chef Ben Quinn. St Agnes has such a great vibe and atmosphere: By the beach there's the local hotspot Schooners bar, which serves great food and where you can have a beer and watch the sun go down over the water. Aggie (as it's affectionately known), also boasts a thriving tennis club that offers pay-as-you-play and also seasonal/weekly memberships, and the extremely well-known pub and music venue, The Tap House. You'll have your own space at Delphi Heights, as access to our Air BnB is via double french doors that open directly into the room. We have plenty of parking space, with plenty of space to dry wetsuits, swimmers and beach towels on your own clothes horse. The house itself is down a lovely, secluded lane (that's easy to access - unlike most of Cornwall's roads!), and boasts a gorgeous view of the surrounding fields and viaduct. Perranporth beach (10 mins away) is a great surf beach for all levels and also has a surf school. Newquay, which is similar, is a 20-25 min drive and also has surf schools. St Agnes's beach is more of an advanced wave when the swell is big, and great for beginners when there is less swell. We hope to see you soon! Completely self contained suite. You get the run of the mill on that side of the house when you stay! The property has two entrances, so access via the utility room is reserved for guests only. For longer stays (over a week), we may occasionally need to nip in and use the washing machine, but we will always ask if that's okay with our guests, and if not, make other arrangements. Access is via a lockbox, details of which will be given to guest upon booking. Please feel free to knock on the kitchen door if you have any questions or want any recommendations of things to do, places to eat, surf spots etc. Aggie is the coolest place in Cornwall! Small enough to really feel the community spirit but near enough to the bigger tourist hubs like St Ives and Padstow to provide a great, well-rounded holiday. If you're a keen walker then we also have great access to the South West Coastal Path and many stunning beaches. Great food, great people, beautiful beaches!
