Situated on Preston Sands at the quieter end of Paignton, your apartment is within easy reach of Brixham ,Dartmouth, Totnes , Torquay and Dartmoor. Our apartment is furnished to a high standard with Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels. We love the views from the living room and wherever you sit you can see a different aspect of the bay. The small balcony has a table and chairs and is lovely to sit out on taking in the scenery. The Internet is super fast up to 76 Mb. The bedrooms are at the back and are incredibly quiet apart from the odd seagull. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating which is lovely in the winter . We fell in love with our apartment and the glorious views and we hope our guests will too . Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10 am .The apartment is deep cleaned and sanitised between guests . Hand sanitiser and disinfectant are provided for your use .Your two sets of sanitised keys await you inside the apartment. We show you only to the door with our own keys . The whole apartment is yours to enjoy.Your private parking space is situated at the rear of the building with level and ramped access to the main entrance right in front of you. Should you need 2 spaces, we can provide another for free. A lift to the apartment is just inside the entrance. The hallways are wide and the apartment itself is spacious and uncluttered. Meet at the property( socially distancing )KEYS ARE SANITISED .We live nearby (5 minutes drive )and are always available should you have any questions.Please don’t worry that you may be bothering us . We are your contact in the area and love to help ! Preston Sands is the quieter end of Paignton. At low tide walk along the beach to the busier Paignton beach or at high tide use the footpath to get to town. This small apartment complex and the locality are very welcoming, the neighbours are a friendly mix of residents and visitors. Head to the moors of Dartmoor to see the wild ponies and the nearby quirky town of Totnes with it's independent shops and unique market which takes place on Friday and Saturday. The old fishing port of Brixham is a few miles away and well worth a visit, as is the lovely town of Dartmouth. In the apartment you will find info on places to visit . If you come by car, your parking space, number 6, is at the rear of the building in front of the entrance . Paignton train station is a 15 minute level walk away . The bus and coach station are next to the train station. There are regular buses connecting to surrounding towns . In light of the current situation, we would like to reassure our guests that we have implemented an extra tier of deep cleaning in the apartment between guest checkout and arrival . We do not employ cleaners and do all the cleaning ourselves . In the four hours between guests, we disinfect all ‘ high touch ‘ surfaces including tables,chairs,door knobs and handles,light switches,remotes,desks,cupboards,toilets ,sinks,all solid surfaces. You can be sure you’re walking into a safe,clean,disinfected environment ......and the views are amazing !
