This house is minutes from Downtown shopping, eating and entertainment. The neighborhood is on the historic register with numerous older homes. A wonderful restaurant, Best of Crete, is around the corner from the house. Charleston is small and compact with easy flowing traffic, so getting around by car is a zip. There are many parking options: parking meters, surface lot or garages. For those without a car, use Uber/Lyft to get to/from your destination. Also, Public transit, KVRTA, stops in front of the house. Or use your bike, most destinations downtown are only 10-15 minutes away on flat city streets.
