Private 1 bedroom annexe with stunning river views

Light and airy self-contained annexe with stunning views of the River Arun. Attached to our family home but with your own private entrance and off-road parking. There is a quiet part of the garden away from the main house (the main garden is used by our young family) you're welcome to enjoy the views and launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from there. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea and coffee. The main living area has an open plan kitchen/dinner/sitting room French doors opening out to the front. The bedroom and shower room are upstairs. We'll mostly be around during your stay although will leave you to enjoy your stay privately. I will always be available on the other end of the phone if not at home. The White Hart gastro pub is just a stone’s throw away with many others within a short drive. There are plenty of footpaths nearby, one which is a pretty walk straight from the house taking you into Pulborough. You can get to the coast in under 30 minutes and to central London on the train in less than 90 minutes door to door. Situated in the South Downs National Park close to Petworth, Storrington, Amberley, Arundel, Goodwood, Cowdray Park and Chichester Harbour, you are perfectly placed to explore the area.
