A cosy studio annex in Perranporth with sea views and everything you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing self-catering holiday. Fantastic location in a quiet street with only a 5 minute easy walk to the wonderful golden sands of Perranporth, bars and shops. The annex is open, airy and ideal for couples with off-road parking and private outside space which enjoys the sun all day. It is well equipped for your stay ensuring you only have to bring the minimum with you on your travels. The annex is an open plan studio flat with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and own entrance and parking. It is completely self-contained and has its own entrance built above our garage and attached to our home so comes with some degree of inevitable noise associated with normal daily life. Guests need to be aware that, whilst above the garage, the annex is attached to our home through an interconnecting door leading to a hallway. The door is always locked and forms the wardrobe to the annex. Guests have off road, gated parking however this is very tight and suited to small, medium cars. Lots of SUV’s have come and had no problem at all but the angle is tricky so please ensure you are happy to navigate a tight parking space prior to booking. We live next door to the annex and are here to offer any local knowledge or if any help is needed, but will leave you in peace and quiet to enjoy your stay! We are around most days but, with a young family, we often like to head off camping for weekends but will be available over the phone if needed. Quiet, residential, family street with a lovely, friendly, welcoming feel to it. Bus stops within a 5 minute walk from the annex with a frequent service to almost anywhere in Cornwall you'd like to go. The parking space is gated so your vehicle will be enclosed in the outside gravel area provided (still plenty of patio area to enjoy the sun!). The parking space is quite tight and the angle can take a few times to get used to. Because of this the parking space is most suited to small/medium sized cars. Please take this into consideration before booking. This accommodation is only suitable for couples or sole travellers.
