Cosy Room Sydney 2Bed 20mins to CBD wifi & kitchen

A cozy double bedroom with a study (1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed). Bed linen will be provided. There is a kitchen with utensils provided with a fridge, laundry and outdoor drying rack. Bathroom is private. Free cable wifi is also available. A bus stop is just across the road (261 line) and another is 3mins away (254/253 line) which will both take you to the CBD in 20mins. Just ask and we will show you the location. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Maximum 2 adults and up to 2 children. You will have access to the room through a private entrance to the side of the house. There is a fully functional kitchen and bathroom, and the room is very spacious. Kitchen sets are by Miele, and you will receive all utensils necessary. We also have a clothes washer and tumble dryer. You will have closets for your clothes, a desk and an ironing rack. Our place is perfect for a short or long term stay in Sydney. You would be able to access all of the ground floor. We live upstairs and will not disturb you apart from coming and going to the garage. I'll try to set you up for a comfortable stay when you arrive and I'll be available for help most of the time. However, if talking's not really your thing that's also completely fine. The house is a 20min walk away from Lane Cove Village, which is a hub of supermarkets, food and cafe stalls with a gym and library for everyday needs. There is a small park nearby to relax. A bus stop is just across the road for the 261 line which can get you to the city in 20 minutes. Another bus stop is 3 minutes away (we'd be happy to show you where) for the 254 line which takes you to a train station where you can transfer or the 253 line which takes you to the CBD in 15 minutes (only runs during peak hour). If you are coming from the airport, we can usually pick you up (free of charge) from St Leonards Station, which is the nearest station.
