No smoking anywhere on premises. Outdoor table and chairs, sun lounger.Not really suitable for children under 12 , some exceptions apply by request only.No pets allowed Very quiet studio, Amazing Gulf and beach views .2min drive 10min walk to Arkles Bay ,with SU boarding kayaking safe swimming boating ..Outdoor table and chairs ,sunlounger, Private access,lock box to complete lower level of our house ,very high standard of furnishings and decor.
