Studio apartment on 5acres in Murrumbateman.Pets 👍🏻

Our cottage and homestead are located on 5 acres, within walking distance of Murrumbateman village. We have sheep, alpacas, chickens and two friendly dogs to welcome you. The studio has a queen bed, living space, kitchenette and bathroom. The lounge unpacks into 4 single beds for additional people to sleep in the studio. The pool, outdoor dining and BBQ area is shared and we are able to provide access to the main house for additional guests or cooking facilities as required. We are flexible to provide access to the main house for cooking and additional dining area should the studio be too cosy. We encourage our guests to explore our property and interact with the animals as long as they are shown respect and not harassed. We like to meet our guests on arrival wherever possible, but we respect privacy and will interact as much as you feel comfortable. Our dogs love meeting new friends to play with. The village is within walking distance (15-20 mins). It has a servo with an IGA, cafe, great pub, doctor, dentist and chemist. There are good areas for dog walks including a common only a 200m from the house. We are happy to provide directions for good walks. Murrumbateman is the centre of Canberra’s wine region and we can provide directions. Shaw winery and the excellent Olleyville restaurant is 5 minutes drive or 30 minute walk. You can drive, walk or we have three bicycles available for use / hire.
