Fantastic Discounts on Extended Stays, weekly 15%, monthly 20% Located in a historic Hillsdale apartment building, almost 200 years old, and under constant restoration, the space is furnished with vintage and Victorian furnishings, but is up to date with continuous WIFI, Flat Screen Roku TV and fully equipped kitchen. Very Quiet and Private, its tucked away in the back of the building on the second floor with its own deck and private entrance. You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. There is also a laundromat on the second floor which you will be able to share with other guests. I try to give my guests privacy and we do not enter the apartments to clean during your stay unless you specifically request it. I check in with guests occasionally during their stay to see if additional supplies are needed but give them their space otherwise. I realize that I am here for the guests; they are not here to keep me company. I am delighted to have interactions with the guests, but I take my cues from them. The majority of our neighbors are privately owned small business, shops, restaurants, service establishments, and you are very likely to be served by the owner, as well as employees. Owners and employees alike are very friendly and service oriented. If they know your name, you will be greeted as you enter by name, which feels very different than entering a national chain. There is plenty of parking on our lot and all over town but in most cases you can walk to any of the restaurants or shops in town. We make a free rental bike available for the duration of your stay for each apartment. If more than one is needed, guest can rent extras for a small daily rate of $10 Although located in the heart of town, for the most part our place is quiet and tranquil, almost country like. We are situated on a large lot with some large old trees, including the "Hillsdale Oak" which is on the city's official stationery. We are minutes away by foot from our quaint downtown and beautiful Stocks Park.
