Nice familiar context, residence with shops, supermarket, bus, drugstore, bank, restaurant, golf, swimming pool, tennis. Breakfast included, kitchen use for dinner. Cat living in the flat :-) Single room for 1 guest, kitchen use in the evening, breakfast is included. This is a perfect solution for female guests and correlated to IEO. Cleaning service costs charged for more than 3 overnights. Inside the residence a bus links to the center of Milan (Duomo) and subways (to Railway stations, Expo, ecc..), very near to IEO Hospital. WiFi, Living room, TV, kitchen, bathroom shared Normally in working hours I'm outside home, back for dinner. Nice and quiet residence at nearest outskirts of Milan. Recreational area for children, golf course, swimming pool, tennis court, shops. Very near to IEO Hospital; near to IULM, Bocconi University by car as well to Università Statale (Milan center) with bus and tram. Internal bus links directly to IEO and to tram for Milan Center and subways (railway stations, Expo, Duomo, shopping streets, etc..) I'm sharing my home with two beautiful, lovely and lively kittens Pixie & Dixie :-) Sorry for not being host for guests allergic to cats :-( Forsharing my own appartment, for longer stays only female guests will be valuated.
