Easygoing, friendly, helpful host. Happy to help out budget minded travellers like myself with a very basic, simple, safe, clean, secure, comfortable room within 10 min walk to town square. (4 pubs & 3 cafe's, several small retail outlets +WAITROSE & CO-OP). Bude/Widemouth approx 15 mins drive, Tintagel/Boscastle & Clovelly perhaps 40 mins drive. Cupboard & fridge/freezer in kitchen/diner for your food. Use of all kitchen & laundry facilities. Single bed in Lounge room leading onto small patio & garden via sliding patio door. All doors to room lockable. Modern house on small estate. Fairly basic but clean + tidy. This room will NOT be shared - it will be private & exclusive to you during your stay. IDEAL FOR SHORT/MID TERM ACCOMMODATION TO A CONTRACTOR WORKING IN THE AREA. Parking -, you will have use of small parking area directly in front of or next to the house. There may be a lodger as well as myself within the household. A quiet, respectful home with a bit of occasional friendly chit chat -, sometimes even humourous! - but essentially where your privacy is highly respected.
