국가문화재로 등록된 조선시대 전통가옥입니다. 남악종택 중문채입니다.3-4명이 머무실수 있는 온돌방과 모방 마루가 있는 손님방 입니다. 정원,헛간(반려 동물 공간), 게스트가 원하는만큼 가능합니다. 인근 용문면 금당실 전통마을과 초간정 용문사가 있습니다. 예천시외버스터미널 옆에서 출발하는 용문 방송 방면차가 하루에 세번 운행합니다. 구계마을 하차 하시면 고택이 보입니다. 대중교통이 불편하고 주변에 편의시설이 없어서 도착전 준비해 오시는것이 편리합니다.
