The house is located in an idyllic place at the bottom of a mountain full of pine trees and just 500 m far from the beach. The house is in a priviledged location only 1 min away from super markets , ATM, beach bars, restaurants, cafe bars, pizzerias, car and boat renting agencies. In a short distance far from the house (only a few minutes away) you can find some of the most famous beaches in Sithonia like: Armenistis, Kavourotrypes, Trani Ammouda, Talgo, Lacara, and many more. Our guests can enjoy the four balconies of the house which have a great sea-view and mountain-view. They can also use the two bathrooms, the outdoor shower, the big garden, the outdoor hoop (basketball), and the barbeque place. They can also use the fully equipped kitchen, the living room which has a fireplace, and the TV.
