The area is re-known for the scenic walking routes and surrounding villages and towns in particular you have the ‘Llwybr Ceirog Trail’ which runs through the village into the Ceiriog valley which is also a 5-minute drive away. Local amenities include a post office within 100 yards and a bus stop opposite which runs between Llangollen via Froncysyllte.
