Double bedroom close to Birchwood Business Park

Double bedroom in three storey house a short walking distance from Birchwood Business Park, Birchwood railway station and shopping centre. Close access to the motorway network, M6, M62 and M56. A quiet, peaceful house currently inhabited by myself, Marion, my friendly dog Leo and one long term guest. I have two double guest rooms (see my other listing.) There is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet to be shared by the guests. Each room has a TV, laptop desk with chair and lamp, wardrobe, storage unit, hospitality tray, towels and toiletries. Guests may use the kitchen, lounge/ diner, conservatory and gardens. Space can be made in the fridge and freezer if required. I will always be available to provide information and help, if not in person then by phone. Breakfast can be provided by request at an extra cost. I can provide transport to and from the station and I am happy to assist with orientation of the area. Birchwood is situated five miles from Warrington town centre which can be reached in 8 minutes by train. There is also easy access to Manchester, Yorkshire and Liverpool by train. The train station is a 12 minute walk from the house. We are at the centre of the motorway network - 7 minute drive to the M62, 9 minutes to M6 and 13 minutes to M56. We have a large shopping centre with a good variety of shops and places to eat, this is a 12 minute walk from the house. There is also a hair salon, barbers, library, dentist and doctors surgery in and around the centre. Birchwood Business Park is a 10 minute walk away. There is a good public transport system the the area, trains, buses and taxis. Many things are accessible by foot and there is free parking on the premises. This is a quiet, working household, therefore it is important that there is no noise after 11pm or before 7am.
