Charming town house close to Copenhagen & the sea

Our lovely house is from year 1900 and has been with the family for 5 generations. It is located on a closed quiet road near Copenhagen and right next to both the sea and the forest. The house is 180 m2 and has a historic touch with high panes and high ceilings. The garden is completely redone and has a great big terrace and beautiful florals. The public bus can take you to all Copenhagen tourist attractions in 20 minutes. Please note: there are 2 tenants living in the basement. This wonderful house has been in the family for 5 generations. It has a lot of charm, soul and personality. When not hosting AirBnB guests, we live in the house with our 3 children. So, the place is very child friendly. In the garden we have a chicken house with 2 beautiful hens giving us eggs every day. The house is located in a very quiet lovely part of the outskirts of Copenhagen. It is in walking distance to the beach and the forest. A bus nearby can take you to the centre of Copenhagen in 15 minutes. You can access all areas of the house and garden :-) Also, you can access the basement, where the washing machine is located. There is a couple living in the basement, so these rooms are not available. We will of course be available for any questions by phone and email. This neighbourhood is lovely, very quiet and friendly. You have the forest (Charlottenlund Skov) and the sea right next to the house, only 500 metres away. The bus in to Copenhagen is 400 metres away from the house. The nearest train station is around 1 kilometre away. The parking in the street is easy and free. The supermarket is also located 400 metres away. Please note that the washing machine is located in the basement.
