Beautiful & Quiet One Bedroom Apt

Our beautiful one bedroom apartment is located minutes away from the Des Moines, Iowa river with quick access to bike and walking trails. We are also 12 minutes from the Des Moines airport and 10 minutes from downtown Des Moines. In addition to our bedroom, we have a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam-mattress. You will have your own private entrance. The apartment is similar to a mother-in-law apartment style. We look forward to your visit to Des Moines! It is a private apartment that includes no shared space. Guests will have their own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and washer and dryer. Guests will have access to wifi, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, bathroom dining and living area. We will interact with them on a check in only basis. The neighborhood is quiet and the walking trails. We also love the accessibility of downtown. Parking will be right at the apartment, so close you can start your automatic starter. You will have the option to park one car in the driveway and any other additional cars will park in the communal lot about 30 feet away.
