Feel free to use the family kitchen to cook.I live here so will be I live here so around at some point throughout the day This is a new Estate on the outskirts of Welton village with pub and access the countryside, a lovely canal walk is 2 minutes away, and Daventry country park, Saturday park run , gyms and sport centre if you’re into such things. There’s a local Tesco express, pharmacy, pubs within 5 minute walk. Daventry centre is a couple of minutes by car. The pub where the Gun Powder Plot was plotted is 7 mins away, and easy access northamotonshire countryside. The M1 and train line to Birmingham and london are 10 mins away. There is a regular bus route to Daventry, the train station, Northampton and Rugby.
