Maison Canigou is located at the foothills of Mount Canigou, in the small picturesque catalan village of Estoher. The white sandy Mediterranean beaches are less than an hour away, Perpignan is 30 min. away and Barcelona 2 hours away. It's a renovated French stone village-house, and the apartment accommodates 4-5 people. It offers views to the impressive mountain sides from the large undisturbed terrace. In the holiday season (July - August) renting is exclusively from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is a first floor apartment with a separate entrance. The size of the apartment is 85m2 with a 20 m2 terrace. The apartment consists of a large 23 m2 kitchen/living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There's direct access from the living room to the south-facing and sunny terrace. KITCHEN New and modern with exquisite Siemens gas cooker and separate built-in oven (convection with grill). It has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen cookware and tableware. There are a food processor, coffee-makers and a coffee grinder etc. LIVING ROOM There is a dining table, chairs, sofa corner and direct access to the terrace. BEDROOMS Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and one bedroom with a single bed. They have quality mattresses, duvets, pillows and reading lights. When linen is rented the bed is made on your day of arrival, of course. TERRACE Dinner table, coffee table, chairs and sun bed. The terrace is fitted with a awning when you want shade on sunny days. The terrace offers maximum privacy. BATHROOM Newly renovated with "douche italienne". LARGE BASEMENT Ideal for storing bulky equipment - bicycles, skis etc. Free of charge. Prices include water, gaz, electricity and taxes Rental of linen: Rental of linen and a selection of towels for the bathroom and kitchen is possible at 10 euros per person, to be paid on the day of arrival.
