Modern apartment in Southall-London

Welcome to my minimalist and tranquil home. It’s a two bedroom, two bathrooms apartment. As I live here (alone), the second room is available to guests. Southall is close to Heathrow Airport; 15 minutes in a taxi or one stop on the train. The station is a 10 minute walk from the front door; or a 3 min bus ride. Access to central London / the city is very easy; trains from Southall station run to Ealing Broadway and / or London Paddington where the Underground can be taken to all the landmarks. My apartment has two bedrooms; one of the double rooms is available to guests. The open-plan kitchen is light and airy where there is access to all the usuals you'd expect in one: kettle, microwave, toaster etc. Via the doors in the living room is access to the patio which has a table and six chairs. Beyond that is the large communal garden which guests can utilise, weather permitting! Please note, I do not have a dining table and chairs purely down to having a large sofa which takes much of the room. I've chosen it this way, and thus sacrificed a dining table. Please note: the apartment is in west London; visitors via Heathrow find this very convenient. Access to the city is easy (as stated above, if you don't mind using a train). If you book for the night(s), the checking-in time is 2pm but I can be flexible; please ask. I work fairly locally during the week. I am often out for 10 / 11 hours of the day. I will be available via phone / email when not at home. As it’s my home, I’ll be around in the evenings and weekends. Southall is a vibrant community; there are a range of great food stores, shops, a park and much more within walking distance. Southall has a large South Asian community so Indian food is very easily available and often cheap! Like many parts of London, Southall has a multicultural make-up so places of worship, for example, are near to the apartment (a church, mosque, mandir, gurdwara... are all in walking distance). Directly outside the apartment is a little grocery store which is open until 11pm everyday. This is very convenient for small goods that maybe needed. Southall train station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment with easy access to London Paddington (12-15mins). From here, via the extensive London Underground tube service, you can reach many of London's great landmarks. London Heathrow airport is about 4 miles away; a 15 minute taxi journey or one straight train.
