A Guesthouse with a kitchen with many appliances (and a dishwasher). A bathroom with a comfortable shower and a pedestal sink(website hidden) the upper level a queen-size bed, living room with many closets, television and DVD player, a desk and a Sofa Full/Double Bed; a wash and dryer machine ,outside in the back yard. The space This is a quiet separate little guest house in our gated backyard. It is 3 stories. The first floor is lovely with a full kitchen and bath. The second floor is the living area. We have a couch, additional table and work desk. We have wireless internet and a printer if you are here for work. The bed is located up half a level in it's own little cozy space. The windows are huge and the guesthouse offers lovely views of our garden and pool. ONCE YOUR HAVE ARRIVED There is plenty of free street parking. Enter the gate and turn left. Along the south side of the house is a gate. There is a string to open the side gate. Walk along the side of the house and the guest house is in the backyard. You are home! INTERNET INFORMATION Username: Password: WASHER & DRYER Located around the corner from the front door of the guest house on the north side. There is a door. Open that and you will find a washer/dryer for your use. The guesthouse has it's own stackable washer and dryer for your use. There are table and chairs for you to sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee in the garden. When you check out please load the dishwasher if you have any dirty dishes. Please take your garbage/recycling out to the alley. Other than that, we are sure you most likely have a plane to catch. We will do the rest. Very quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to Montana Avenue, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Parking spaces always available in front of the main house. Thursday (9 am-11 am) is street cleaning day on the house side, Friday(11 am-1 pm) on the opposite side.
