The decor is fresh with a simple Scandi feel. Enjoy the sunshine of a north facing garden, and a view of nature from every window. We are always available to help guests with questions about the property and local area if needed. Our guests are provided with their own access code for easy check-in to the property. The Concourse shops are an easy 2 minute walk offering excellent restaurants and cafes, such as Est, Ginger Fox, and Lobster Cave. The Concourse also has a supermarket, fresh produce store, bakeries, medical centre, pharmacy, and post office. Lovely beaches, parks, gyms, golf courses and public driving range, tennis and bowls clubs are also nearby. Southland Shopping and Cinema complex is a 10 minute drive. Buses run frequently to St Kilda via Sandringham (train station to city) and Southland Shopping Centre. Bus stop is approx 200mtrs walk. The kitchenette facilities do not include an oven. There is a ceramic 2 burner stove top and microwave oven for cooking. No laundry facilities provided. Fresh sheets and towels are provided weekly for long-stay guests.
