Ohope Beach - West End Haven

This is our all year round family home and offer’s plenty of space, with generous living areas, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 toilets. Whether you have older children and need more space, smaller children or are traveling in a group this is the house for you. Open-plan two level family home on one of NZ most popular beaches - Ohope Beach. With a view to die for that spans along the east coast horizon and the beach only seconds away we know you will love your time here as much as we do. The home is split perfectly over 2 levels. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a California king and ensuite and a children’s room with a single bed and trundler. Down stairs you will find a large kitchen/dinning and lounge area complemented by a family size bathroom and 2 generous sized rooms with one queen bed and 2 single beds. Spill out on to one of the many decks and enjoy the sound of the ocean and views. Please note the garage is not available to guests. This is our all year round family home. Some wardrobes will be locked or not available to use. 1 towel per person is available and beach towels are NOT included. It is shared drive way, please drive slow and have no more than 4 cars parked at one time. We also have a friendly cat :) No Smoking Not suitable for pets No Parties or Events Some pretty minor rules – We’d love it if you could please leave our home the way you found it. Please take any excess rubbish when you leave, hose off your feet – better yet have a quick outside shower when coming up off the beach. If you happen to be staying on a Sunday night, please may you put the bins out? Yellow lid wheelie bin is for plastics and tins, little green wheelie bin is for general waste, and the green crate is for glass. Our council runs a rotation system for emptying certain recycling bins on certains weeks - just have a wee look at what the neighbours are doing and follow suit. Thanks so much! While we want you to relax, unwind and enjoy yourself, please refrain from having any parties at home. There’s a great Mexican bar in walking distance. Please also be considerate to our neighbours. We share a drive way but there is room for 3 cars at our home.
