Family Retreat

The apartment is 1,500 sq feet of privacy. You will find ever amenity from,shampoo to hair-dry, to WiFi. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment giving the master bed room genuine privacy. My place is close to interstate 40 and 440. We are about 30 minutes from Raleigh, and 20 minutes from Smithfield. This is a second story apartment, it's access is through the front door of the main house. The entire top floor is your to enjoy with a reading room, television room, kitchenette and 2 separate bedrooms. I do live in the house on the main floor, this apartment is upstairs and can only be accessed through the front door of the house. Off street parking is NOT available. Your vehicle must be in the driveway at night. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation. No large trucks or commercial vehicles. This is a second story apartment, I live on the main floor. When you enter the home the stairs are to your left. Once up stairs everything you need is at your disposal. If you need the temperature adjusted just ask and will be happy to accommodate you. If you do need anything please do not hesitate to ask. I like to be available when you first arrive, to show you around and give you a key if necessary. I also like to have an arrival window of about 30 minutes prior to your day of check-in to make sure everything is ready. I understand traffic and other delays, again just an estimate is fine. Close to East Clayton Community Park You are NOT allowed to bring extra guest. Any change to your reservation requires you to make a correction to your reservation BEFORE (3 pm) check in. We do not allow gatherings, parties, or anything where you are inviting people that are not registered guest. As mentioned before we do have pets on property. Our dog Beau, and our cat Sunshine. The cat does travel in and out of doors. Both animals do not go upstairs, please do not invite them. We ask that you are remember that you are staying in someone’s home. Please be respectful of our furnishings and do not move them from room to room. Treat our home as you would want us to treat yours.
