Cosy large room in cottage

Deceptive from the outside, this large end terrace ex miners cottage has two comfortable public rooms. There is a large bedroom with king size bed and single bedroom available to rent. Tea,coffee, cereals & bread for breakfast are also included as are the use of shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste - this is especially helpful for those travelling from overseas and don't want t worry about carrying too much liquids. This large end terrace cottage has two comfortable public rooms. The king size bed room has its own bathroom to use (not en suite). The house has a lovely garden and a deck area to the back along with a hot tub for use. There is WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix etc. I have gas central heating and also a wood burning stove and an open fire - so its nice and cosy! Its has a modern country cottage feel with all mod cons and comforts. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, american fridge freezer. Guests can access all areas except my wing of the house. As I am living in the property I will be able to help with any queries, questions to may want to ask and can recommend places to go, eat, etc. Newtongrange is a historic ex mining village with one of Scotland's Top tourist attractions. It has great local amenities gym, swimming pool, beautiful park including outdoor skatepark and play area. Very close to lots of interesting and beautiful attractions from around midlothian.
