The entire townhouse is yours to use within Raffertys Resort. Guest can access all resort facilities including 4 resort pools, 4 tennis courts, boat ramp, resort jetty, resort restaurant / cafe, kids playgrounds, boat hire, jet boating, walking trails, bike, stand up paddle board and kayak hire, bbq areas. I am only a phone call away if needed. You will get a code for lockbox to check in and out yourself. Located right on Lake Macquarie amongst bush land with local beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes close by. Only 90min north of Sydney and 30min south of Newcastle. It’s recommended you bring your car to get around. Townhouse is two storey and both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining and living area. Both levels have balconies. And there is a courtyard downstairs for outdoor dining with its own private BBQ. Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. FOXTEL and Free WiFi Please NO SMOKING allowed, including outdoor areas of townhouse. All 4 pools are now open with covid safe distancing in place. All kids under 12 must be checked in and supervised. The lake is also an awesome swimming spot for kids.
