Placed in central Kyneton in a beautiful 1880's building, this first floor apartment is super comfortable, welcoming and superbly located! It is a beautiful old building with its own characteristics. Please make yourself at home. You are very welcome to sit and relax in the courtyard downstairs which is shared and maintained by the cafe downstairs. Wifi is readily available. You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining room, it isn’t big but it has everything you need, we have a supermarket 2 minutes away. The bathroom is shared. I am often studying or drawing, it is a very quiet space (doesn’t mean you need to be though!) I am around if needed :) Wake up & wander downstairs to Social Foundry for fresh delicious food and coffee, or you are just a short stroll to Piper Street with its many cafes, restaurants, galleries, makers and every second Saturday of the month is our Farmers Market. Kyneton Botanical Gardens are a short walk away too, grab a picnic & enjoy the sunshine! I am a 15 minute walk from Kyneton train station, and an hour train or drive to Melbourne. One thing I must point out is the staircase. It is steep! It is important to note that if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. I have included a photo for more information.
