This beautiful apartment with breathtaking views of the sea and the nearby mountains is located at the front part of our stunning villa-in a magnificent part of Oropos by the hill of SARANTARI-but also only 3 k.m away form the center of Skala Oropou and the nearest shops, beach and other amenities. The surrounding area of the Estate is peaceful and quiet, in a natural environment full of olive groves and pine trees. There are other houses in this tranquil neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The Estate is just 3km away from the nearest center Skala Oropou. Visitors have access to all the beautiful land surrounding the Estate, all the sitting areas the pergola and the BBQ. The house is located in a tranquil environment for those who wish a quiet place but also to be at the centre in no time!!! The place offers a spectacular sea view from the front and a nice view of the surrounding olive groves and pine trees from the other. It's ideal for nature lovers, with magical sunsets to enjoy. There is a pallet of colours orange, pink, gold, purple that will make the most of you to take amazing photos! Surrounded by all the beautiful green pine trees you can enjoy the clean and fresh air of the atmosphere. The neighbourhood itself is very peaceful and offers unique privacy. There are other private house around. The streets are well lit, and the neighbourhood as well as the Estate is very safe, well lit throughout the night with a big garage door, which opens automatically for those ONLY who have the remote control. Bird watching, cycling,photography, hiking or just taking a stroll are common activities that visitors can enjoy during their stay, as the surrounding area is ideal for that being close to hills and a small forest. The apartment itself it's 40 s.m and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. -The kitchen has the following: a fridge, an oven, a washing machine, a radio, a kettle, cutlery, an ironing board and iron, and all other important kitchen utensils. -The living room has a comfortable sofa, a tv and DVD player, and an air conditioning. A small dining table with two chairs is nicely placed in the middle. -The bedroom has a comfortable double bed 2x1.60, with two bedside tables, a mirror and two big closets. There is a fan in the bedroom. Clean linen, extra pillows, blankets and towels are provided. -The w.c has a power shower, clean towels toiletries and shampoo are also provided. Hot water is available throughout the whole day. The house is neat and tidy and simply decorated to make your stay as easy and pleasant as possible. However everything is planned to detail and there's even available a mosquito device and tablets. For anything else do not hesitate to contact us. The apartment as it is located on the ground floor is easily accessible for people with disabilities or walking difficulties or those with babies and pushchairs. There is a ramp just outside of the veranda were you can park and easily access the house. Inside the house is very cool and pleasant, with big balcony windows, that open to bring Inside sunshine and fresh air. Nets are also placed for mosquitos. The surrounding big balconies and nice sitting area are ideal for you to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea, read or simply enjoy nature. The guests can feel welcomed to use all the surrounding areas of the Estate. There is a lovely pergola and various sitting areas as well as a BBQ which guests can use. We will be there from the time you arrive at Oropos to escort you to our Estate, show you around the house and explain everything to you. Oropos is an easily reached destination very popular throughout the summer months due to its clean beaches, various activities that can be undertaken and many firms of entertainment. The coastal area which is just 3k.m away from the house offers an array of beach bars and beach clubs, cafes, restaurants, tavernas, fish bars, fast food places, bakeries and all kinds of shops and supermarkets. The centre of Oropos-SKALA OROPOU is very vibrant and lively offering the visitor a superb shopping experience and entertainment from trendy bars to open air cinemas, billiards centre, kids fun fairs and kids play areas. If you are a sports enthusiast there plenty things to do from swimming as Oropos has a huge amount of beaches some with pebbles and some with sand -to diving, jet skiing, tubing,sailing, surfing to paragliding and much more!!!! For those who seek something more quiet you can relax by the sea, go fishing, cycle along the many paths, enjoy Bird watching as there's a nature conservation area for the protection of wild birds or visit many of the unique in architecture monasteries that the area has to offer. Festivals and events take place throughout the year and one of the most popular is the TERRA VIBE live concerts with bands playing from all over the world. The area MALACASSA which the festival is held is just 9k.m away from the house. Other cultural festivals and events occur during summer such as folk dances, live bands, kids plays, theatre productions, festivals of bread and sardines to mention just a few. To top it all up OROPOS is an ideal focal point , from where you can organise many daily excursions such as a ferry boat trip to Eretria which just takes 20' minutes and other small excursions to nearby towns such as Chalkis and Thiva which are about 35' minutes distance each. The house enjoys the privilege of the vicinity to ATHENS. It can be easily accessed by car in just an hours drive and yet combine a picturesque setting in a magnificent breathtaking, clean environment. It is a destination only 55k.m away from the centre of ATHENS and about 1 hours drive from ATHENS International Airport, via Attiki odos and then the National ROAD- EXIT SKALA OROPOU ( CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS CAN BE GIVEN ON HOW TO ARRIVE). Another alternative is by KTEL buses from Victoria Square in central ATHENS which run every hour in the summer months and arrive in SKALA Oropou in less than an hour. Then access to the house can be done by taxi, or we can arrange to come to pick you up. The Estate is only 3k.m away from the bus stop. There are some important house rules that all visitors should know about: - PLEASE collect all rubbish and litter before your departure from the premises. - No functions or parties at the Estate. -Cleaning costs are at 35€ per time a cleaner is required. - No clogging of drains and toilets. -The apartment is non- smoking so that the next guests can enjoy a clean atmosphere, you can smoke freely outside at the veranda. - Visitors have access to all areas of the Estate, however please respect the local hours of the Greek Siesta and use common sense for the noise as other guests may also be at the Estate. - The host is not liable to any accidents that may occur to the guests during their stay. -PLEASE inform us about any pets you might want to bring along before your arrival. We will do our best to provide a comfortable and clean accommodation according to standards to our guests.
