Our home is close to the Colorado River and near canals for fishing. Located on the far East end of Blythe, an exit away from the Arizona border. Stop on your way to Arizona or California, or stay and play at the River. Space to park boat and toys. Recently remodeled 3 bedroom manufactured home near the Colorado River. House includes 2 Queen beds, twin with full bunk, linens and towels, full kitchen with dishes and cooking supplies, laundry room, 2 bathrooms with both shower and bath. Soaker tub in Master bath. There are two air mattresses available as well. Wifi and three tvs with Netflix and Amazon included. Grill with propane and fenced yard. We do have exterior cameras that monitor check-in. You will let yourself in with Keypad on the front door. We will be available for communication by the Airbnb app or by text. Our cell numbers will be given to confirmed guests. The Colorado River is near by as well as canals for fishing. Albertsons and Smart and Final are down the road to the left, about a 2 mile drive. There is a Starbucks located in Albertsons. Restaurants are located in town, 2-4 miles away, great BBQ, Mexican, and Chinese. Quartzsite is a 20 minute drive. Hidden Beaches is 10 minutes away. We are located between Los Angeles and Phoenix off the 10 fwy right before the Arizona border. Cameras are located on the exterior of home.
