Bespoked Apartments

This apartment is one of three located off a central courtyard in our home in Chalabre, it is light and spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains of the Pyrenees. It has two bedrooms. The kitchen has all equipment necessary to enjoy the products of the local markets. Chalabre is an excellent base for walking, cycling, exploring the many Cathar chateaux or just chilling by the nearby lake. If there is a large group of you then why not consider renting our other 2 apartments. One can accommodate 4 and the other 7. Garden with sun loungers, roof terrace with sun loungers. There is a BBQ and small table and chairs and sun chairs on the private apartment balcony, which overlooks the main house garden. We live in the house next to the apartments and always available should you need any help or advice about anything. If you get fed up with cooking for yourselves then we can provide breakfast and evening dinner, either in your apartment or in the main house with us. The area is steeped in local history covering centuries of wars and peace. Carcassonne airport is a 50 minute drive from us, Toulouse airport 1 hour and 50 minutes. Once in Chalabre we can hire/lend you a bike should you wish and there are many trails/routes to explore. We have all the maps and local knowledge. We are cycling crazy and if you are and want to bring your bike along with you then we have loads of space for you to store it!
