Well-equipped kitchen and bath, washer/dryer with laundry supplies. Pictures don't capture the comfortable living space or the magical setting, the songs of the birds and the frogs, the calming sound of waves breaking on the beach, the unobstructed panoramic view of the lake, and the star-spangled night sky. You may see the variety of wildlife that visit the area Easily accessible from I43, close to grocery stores, fine restaurants, and nearby attractions and activities. Access to the home is on unpaved roads that lead to a spectacular lake vista. The road to Shamba goes past fields and a few llama farms. Walking or kayaking south along the beach will take you past a once-working windmill, on Windmill Beach. Orchards offer apple picking in the fall. Nearby towns host summer festivals and heritage days celebrations (check if they are still on during the pandemic). Within a short drive, there are state parks and outstanding restaurants. A little further away is the exclusive American Club Resort, the world-renowned golf courses in nearby Kohler, Road America (auto racing) in Elkhart Lake, and fishing boat charters from Port Washington and Sheboygan. NO illegal drug use on the premises. *NO pets. *NO boating without life jackets. *NO trailers, mobile homes, campers, NO tenting on the property. *NO motorized vehicles like dune buggies, ATVs, snowmobiles, jet skis, or other land or watercraft. *NO firearms on the property except during hunting season. *NO fireworks (Town Ordinance) *NO loud noises (Town ordinance) - Respect our neighbors and their privacy. Do not intrude on their property.
