Nice double bedroom

Sorry but no one can quarantine at my home. Although a double room this is for one person only. Sorry but no children or pets. Also, no unregistered guests are allowed. My place is close to public transport and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings and the comfy bed. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers. Friendly cat called Lulu who loves attention! My home is in a quiet residential road close to Woodside Tram stop. Trams to Croydon run frequently and it’s a 12 minute journey to East Croydon. From there, trains to Victoria and London Bridge are every few minutes. The journey to Gatwick takes 20 minutes. Guests are welcome to space in the fridge, use of the microwave or cooker. The garden of course, if the weather is warm enough. Happy to help out guests with any queries. Respect your privacy but happy to have a chat if that’s what you fancy :) South Norwood Country Park is a few minutes walk away. Really nice spot to walk around. There’s a lake with ducks. There are a few takeaways near to Woodside Green, a short walk away. Also the Joiners public house is opposite the takeaway places. If you just need a few bits there are a few corner shops close by. It’s about a ten minute walk to Tesco Express or two stops on the tram to Elmers End which has a large 24 hour Tesco. The local gym is also about ten minutes walk - you don’t need to be a member to use it, just pay as you go. From East Croydon take the Beckenham Junction or Elmers End trams to Woodside Tram stop. My place is a few minutes walk from the tram stop. Turn left out of the tram stop and my road is the next left. Buses 130,312 and 197 are close by.
