Chalet Les Cristaux Luxe Modern Ski Nendaz/Verbier

The chalet is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the mountains with a fabulous view. Nendaz is part of the biggest Ski resort of Switzerland with over 400km of slopes (Ski: 4 Vallées : Nendaz, Veysonnaz, Verbier et Thyon). Supermarket and city center are very close to the apartment. Easily reachable by foot. On the first floor there is the entrance and there are two bedrooms with queen size beds, and two bathrooms. The big bathroom has a shower with steam bath and massage functions, a bath and toilet. And the second bathroom has a toilet. Upstairs (second floor) there is the kitchen and the living room with a smart TV 55” (Chrome cast built-in) - you can stream videos such as Youtube and Netflix onto the TV screen from your smart Phone. There is also a stereo which you can connect your iPhone via WIFI/AirPlay to listen to your favourite music. On this second floor there is additionally a bathroom with shower and toilet and the third bedroom with one simple bed. From the second floor you can access to the mezzanine (loft bedroom) which has two queen size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge, freezer, a fully automatic coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, as well as a ceramic hob. You have access to the entire apartment, basement (Washing room and Ski-locker) and the garage (two parking spots) as well as one parking spot outside the chalet. As much as requested. The chalet is administered by a professional management service (Espace Vacances (Co-Host)) in Nendaz to assist our guest staying at the apartment, as we do not live locally. Upon your arrival you will have to go to their main building in Nendaz and the key will be given there after security deposit and tourist tax payment. Their exact contact information will be given once booking is confirmed. You also have the option of arriving later than 18:00. In this case the keys will be deposited in a key box at the agency that you can recover by a code that will be communicated to you beforehand. Please inform me in advance if you arrive later than 18:00 the day of your arrival. The apartment is situated near the village center at a calm location facing south. To reach the village center faster by foot, you have to walk up the road, follow it till the end and there you will find a little walkway (shortcut). See pictures for description (in violet). It takes about 10-15 min to reach the ski slopes by foot (~850m). The best way to reach the chalet is by car. There are two private parking spaces in the garage and a parking space outside the house (for free). The road leading to the house is cleared in case of snowfall. By public transport you take the post bus from Sion direction Haute-Nendaz. The chalet is 5 minutes (~300m) walk from the bus stop «Haute-Nendaz, station / poste». Bedsheets and towels are included in the price - there will be no extra charge. The beds will be made upon your arrival. The Espace Vacanes service team will also collect the compulsory canton tourist tax at key collection. 3.5 CHF per person and 1.75 CHF for children (6-16 years) per night. We as owner of the apartment have to pay this tax each time we visite Nendaz - even if the house belongs to us. A deposit of 600 CHF will be charged to your credit card for the duration of the stay.
