Brand new stylish home for families or friends to come and relax and unwind. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Ducted air conditioning through out, Smart Tv ,WIFI, dishwasher, large deck and BBQ also laundry with washing machine and dryer. Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Owner lives in front house. NO PARTYS ALLOWED Located on waterfront. Light beachy feel. Clean and spacious 2 bedrooms accessed of main living/kitchen 3rd bedroom accessed from out side with separate entry that doesn't connect inside to lounge room/kitchen perfect for older children or another couple. House to be left clean and tidy with all dishes done and dishwasher unpacked Noise to cease at 10pm as we are are in residential area. Linen and Towels provided all year round. Hand wash, Sanitizer and toilet paper provided Access to entire house except locked garage. Car parks allocated are on the driveway which is off the street. Details will be sent in regards to guest check in and key access the day prior to arrival. Often Quiet and friendly neighbourhood, patrolled beach Public bus stops on main road about 5mins walk, courtesy buses run from several local RSL clubs and pubs from our house
