Cozy Cape House w Wood Fireplace, no cleaning fee!

This cozy 2 bed 2 bath Cape house features a wood burning fireplace, pool table and is located on the 5th green of Blue Rock Golf Course (right in the back yard) and is .7mi from Wilbur Park Beach which offers great boating and an area for sun bathing. Great beach for young kids. The house is centrally located which allows a easy travel to all parts of Cape Cod. Towels and linens are provided and we don’t charge a cleaning fee! Guests first walk into a wide open living room with a wood burning fireplace. The bedrooms and bathrooms stem off a hallway that leads into the living room. The dining room, kitchen, and laundry room are all off to the right. There is a large garage that may be used by guests that leads right into the laundry room. Blue Rock Golf Course is right in the backyard. They offer all day golf deals. Garage and fireplace. Bass River golf course is right around the corner. There is a charcoal grill and an outdoor dining area which is perfect for cooking and hanging out while watching the golfers in the back yard. We try and meet every guest in person at the house for check in. If we are unable to, we will let you know and there will be a lock box on the house that contains the key. Meticulously kept lawns/houses, a lot of golfers as there are two golf courses located in the neighborhood, Blue Rock Golf Course and Bass River Golf Course. There are boat, kayak, and stand up paddleboard SUP, and jetski rentals just down the road on Bass River. West Dennis Beach and Bass River Beach are the closest Nantucket Sound Beaches. Restaurants - Local restaurants include Sundancers for beach food and sitting on the water, O'sheas Olde Inn for as authentic of an Irish Pub you can get in America (Year Round), The Oyster Company for a nice seafood dish and of course, Oysters! (Year Round), The Wooden Shoe for a unique casual dining experience, Chapins Dennisport is another good casual dining spot, The Sand Bar and the Sand Dollar are both great Beach bar/food spots. For Nightlife, the two best local areas are Main Street, Hyannis and Dennisport, mainly The Sand Dollar and surrounding bars.
