Located in the picturesque village of Rohan 50metres from the Nantes et Brest canal. Two spacious modern light and airy rooms. Each room can sleep up to 3 people. Cot available. Rohan is a thriving village which boasts 3 Restaurants, 3 Bars, 2 Boulangeries, Banks, Tabacs, Estate Agents and a Carrefour Contact supermarket. Price is per room for 2 people Additional folding bed €20 per night suitable for adult or child Cot available €8 per night Free / gratuite tea and coffee Breakfast is served daily Central Brittany  B and B / chamber D'hotes is accessed via steps and a stair case, good mobility is needed as wheelchair  access is not possible Once checked in you will be issued with your room key and a front door key for full access Check in from 5pm-7pm other times by arrangement Check out 10am - 10.30am We share our home with our guests and are available to guests. Rohan is on our doorstep, a 4 minute walk to the centre along the canal past the ancient monument church and the market square. There is a lovely lake and a port with many boats in. The walk is flat and accessible for all. There are two artisan boulangeries one with a cafe, also offering packed lunches. All 3 restaurants in the village offer great menus. The traditional creperieis a great experience and we highly recommend the flambe. Fishing on the canal is permitted with a licence easily obtained from the Mairie or tabac in the village. We can arrange licences for you. 2km away is the Abbeye Timadeuc famous for its majestic building and farming. Here you can buy unique cheese and sweets made on site in the well stocked gift shop. the nearby towns of Josselin and Pontivy are both within a 25 minute drive, the canal path from the house can be cycled to both towns as part of the Nantes et Brest canal cycle route, both are canal side towns with impressive chateaus and town centres, each holding a market Josselin Saturdays and Pontivy Mondays. Within 40 minutes there are two lakes for lesiure, Lac du Duc and Lac Guerledan offer water sports, sun bathing, walking both have man made beaches for swimming. the large cites of Rennes and Vannes are a 1 hour drive.oth the north and south Brittany Coast can be reached in 1hour 15 minutes. We are in the centre of Brittany so many places to visit all very accessible. Cycling is by far the most popular form of transport here and very easy with the canal path just a few minutes away from the house. Walking and hiking along the canal are very popular too. Airports Nantes 2 hours Rennes 1hour 10minutes Dinard 1 hour 10minutes Ferry St malo 1 hour 30 minutes Roscoff 1 hour 45 minutes St Malo has a train station with trains running to Rennes and then an easy bus journey to Pont Hammond which is 15 minutes away. With prior arrangement we can collect guests from the bus stop. Rohan has a bus service into Pontivy. We have secure storgae for cycles and fishing equipment. Parking is limited however there is a layby for parking opposite
