Kaff's Gaff - Cosy, coastal comfort in Cornwall.

Kaff's Gaff is a delightful house in the heart of Cornwall. Resting on a holiday park you will find it not only lots of fun but relaxing as you won't have to stray far for all you may need, as amenities like the pool, sauna, crazy golf, bar and shop are all on site March to November. However if you do feel like adventure you will not be disappointed! St.Agnes and Perranporth are a stones throw away and have beautiful beaches and plenty of shops, walks and places to eat and drink. Kaff's Gaff is the upmost in comfy and cosy, home from home stays. A 2 bed semi detached property situated on the Perranview John Fowler holiday park and perfectly situated between the Cornish seaside towns of St.Agnes and Perranporth. Please note we have a refundable security deposit of £100. The front entrance leads into the open plan lounge which has two sofas , one of which is a sofa bed an electric fire & TV/dvd player. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining table and 6 chairs with a beautiful view across the fields. The Cornish seaside theme runs throughout and it's impossible not to feel at home here. Upstairs bedroom one has a very comfy double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps on each. Bedroom two is complete with cosy twin beds also with plenty of storage space, both have views of the front or back garden. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, WC & basin. Everything you would expect to find! Open between March and November, you can spend your days enjoying the fantastic facilities including a pool, sauna, crazy golf, bmx track and your evening taking in the entertainment, including children's early evening fun, at the clubhouse with its bar and restaurant if you don’t feel like venturing to far! It is also only a few minutes' drive to the beach as we are located between the seaside resorts of Perranporth and St Agnes, which both offer up excellent places to eat and explore. There’s also Truro, Newquay and Falmouth just a little further on so there are plenty of places to choose to visit whatever you feel like doing. There’s a bus service available just at the end of the road so not a problem if you don’t have a car and of course gorgeous coastal walks for adventures. *PLEASE NOTE the clubhouse, pool and amenities are closed from November to March* The whole house is yours to use and their is a lovely back garden area to enjoy relaxing or even bbqs. There's free car parking on site and as mentioned from March to November all the site amenities are available to guests staying at the Gaff. We are available by email or phone in any event if required :) however this will be your private holiday. Situated between the beautiful village of St.Agnes and the bustling seaside town of Perranporth, there are many places to visit just a cars drive away including Truro, Falmouth, Porthtowan, Portreath, Tehidy Woods, Redruth, Wadebridge and Newquay. Whether you are looking for sandy toes and surfing, peaceful and scenic walks, bike rides, coasteering, adventure parks, animal sanctuaries or eating out and nightlife there are many options to create everyone's perfect holiday. You will find plenty of suggestions of family days out or something for the more adventurous in the reception area that has an abundance of leaflets for local attractions. There's free parking on site and a good bus route to Perranporth, Newquay and Truro just at the end of the road. Local taxis are available too and there’s plenty to have a walk to whilst taking in the beautiful countryside. There is a laundrette on site should that be required, these are pay as you go machines. Please note the facilities including the swimming pool, sauna and club house are only available for guest use from March to October. Wifi is available in the lobby complimentary for guests, this covers the bar and clubhouse areas.
