Sleeps four people comfortabley but can accommodate up to 6 with fold out beds Pendle Cottage is a two bedroom self contained stone cottage set amongst the fields of our 15 acre property. It offers comfort luxury by the way of plush furnishings, an open fire, wonderful living space and entertainers kitchen. Pendle overlooks our Alpaca paddock and provides a lovely view over our property Pendle Cottage is a wonderful stone cottage set on our property. Accessible via Ulster Rd it is part of the York Cottages group of accommmodation. staying at Pendle cottage gives you access to our common play gorund, the tennis court and the Shed. The shed is a space that has been converted into a "games area". Inside you find a table tennis table, seating and some board games to enjoy. Contact with the homeowners is available via email and phone. You will be able to let yourself into the building. York is a beautiful and bustling heritage town filled with charm and excitement. Entry to our cottages and Burnley House is by a key held in a lock box net to the front doors of each accommodation.
