Despite some bad surprises,I chose to keep The fees for cleaning to a minimum so please try to keep the apartment clean and tidy in order to give less work to the housekeeper . Can accommodate 4 with the convertible in the living room ( 140cm) Capacité pour 4 voyageurs avec le convertible ( vrai matelas) dans le salon ( 140cm) The whole apartment Appart tout entier phone, airbnb, mail Down the apartment you have: ( en bas de l appart vous avez) -a bakery (raisin bread is great) - boulangerie ( pain aux raisins excellent -car rental company SIXT - agence de location de voitres SIXT -sushi restaurant - Resto de sushi -bio supermarket - Supermarché BIO C BON -regular supermarket - Franprix -pizza shop ( pizzas are really good and pretty cheap) - pizzeria ( pas cheres et très bonnes) 100 meters from the apartment, you have: - A 100m, vous avez: - Subway station ( line 9, rue des boulets) - Metro rue des boulets - pastry shop and chocolate factory owned by Cyril LIGNAC ( famous Chef in France, Chanzy Street) - patisserie Cyril Lignac ( rue de chanzy) - seafood restaurant ( oysters, lobsters....) - resto de fruits de mer And finally, at a walking distance: -Nation station ( RER A) ( 7 or 8 minutes) which is 40 minutes away from Charles de Gaulle airport and 30 minutes away from Disneyland Paris. - Rue de lappe famous for its bars ( I am not a good walker and it takes me 10 minutes to go there) - Rue de Charonne also know to be very lively. - Bastille and République are 2 stations from my place. - The boulevard is HUGE so if you walk, you will find a lot of shops and things to do. -Eiffel tower is 30 minutes away with the subway. Subway station ( line 9- rue des boulets) and bus stops are down the apartment. RER station ( Nation) is less than 10 minutes by walk. Thank you to treat my place like it was yours.
