Spacious and tropical self-contained granny flat!

Welcome to the tropics and welcome to my cozy self-contained granny flat. This awesome space has your basic amenities including two queen beds, a basic kitchen setup and a fully functional toilet and shower. There is also a basic sink to wash any dishes you may have on the back verandah. There is heaps of space for parking and for the kids to run around. The granny flat is your own private space. The garage is free for you to use as well as all the space outside including the spa I’m always contactable on my mobile phone before 10pm so do not hesitate to contact me or ask me a question. The house is in the middle of Palmerston and is only a few minutes away from the bus stop as well as the local shopping centres. If you have a car it is only a 20 minute drive to 90% of the places you want to get to. Public transport is average in the NT. Your best bet is if you have your own car. If you come during the wet season it’s always hot and sticky and usually raining. Dry season is the best time to visit. Please be mindful that we’re in Australia after all and we do get the occasional wildlife come through the property so please be aware and mindful. I make every effort to provide a clean space for you, so please leave the place clean and tidy when you leave.
