Secure 3 bedroom home in private setting with lock up garage for one car and off street parking for a second car. Your home away from home for up to 6 guests, perfectly located for you to travel to the beautiful Adelaide Hills , Barossa and Clare Valleys but still only 10 minutes from town and the iconic Adelaide Oval. This light filled home is the perfect base for all your Adelaide needs. Situated just out of the city which means you avoid the hectic travel of city traffic. This 3 bedroom home is beautifully furnished with new furniture, decor items and lovely bed linen and bath towels. There is a full bath for luxurious soaking or for bathing the kids after a day of adventure. Please note that there is one toilet at the property, separate to the bathroom. The well appointed kitchen has everything you will need to cook up a storm on those nights when you really don't want another purchased meal. Added bonus is a Nespresso coffee machine , for thatperfect morning coffee hit. I can supply a baby's high chair and porta cot if required. Please advise before your arrival if you would require them. The pantry is also well stocked with basic necessity's e.g. salt , pepper, oil , vinegar, coffee, tea, paper towels As a guest we welcome you to feel at home and make full use of all the homes facilities. There is a full kitchen for you to use. I have stocked the kitchen with pasta pots, saucepans, frying pans and even a wok and rice cooker for you to use. There is also a toastie maker! On check-in. Prior to arrival guests will receive a welcome letter explaining how to access the key for entry to the home. On arrival detailed information will be provided with respect to local shopping, transport and surrounds. I am readily available to help guests with any queries they have. The home is well located close to the linear park which is a fantastic bike trail following the River Torrens from the Adelaide Hills all the way to the beach. Bring your bikes and make it a perfect day out with the kids. If you don't have a car, don't worry the public bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk to the main road. This bus will take you directly into town from where you can take the public buses, trains and trams to all corners of Adelaide.
