Located in a beautiful private mansion in the heart of Autun's historical district, this newly refurbished flat, with his view over the Cathedral, will allow you to fully enjoy the city's liveliness with the pedestrian area, bars and restaurants nearby, and reach the countryside in a matter of minutes. You'll also have access to the mansion's private courtyard. This 35m2-flat displays : - 1 living-room with a 120cmx190cm sofa-bed (more comfortable for one adult than 2), open on a fully-equiped kitchen (oven, glass ceramic cooking hob, fridge, dish-washer, expresso machine, kettle, toaster..) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed open on a bathroom. Free parking places are located nearby. Baby and children equipment provided on demand. Iron and ironing board provided on demand. This mansion, named "Le Cocand", hosts a wine cellar where tastings and other events are offered. You can check the events calendar on the website www lecocand com. During summer time, we organise "Les Apéritifs du Cocand" every Friday evenings, from 6pm to 9pm in the courtyard, where a selection of artisan wines, coctails and local tapas will be served with music. The Talleyrand's guests have a reserved table if they wish to participate.
