The Adriatic

Large, bright, airy 3 bedroom house with amazing panorama views: Our house is perched on a hilltop that is overlooking the seaside and up to the mountains. 5 minutes to the historic village of Montefiore Dell'Aso, 10 minutes from the Adriatic beaches and 40 minutes from the beauty of the Sibillini Mountains Natural Park. Perfectly located for outdoor activities, like cycling, hiking. Close enough to meander historical hilltop villages or stroll through the beach resorts nearby. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with king size beds that connect to a lovely balcony with views of the Adriatic sea. The third bedroom has a single bed. You will love the 100% Bamboo sheets that are hypoallergenic – perfect for those with sensitive skin. The Master bedroom has A/C and the other two have tower fans that can be moved around the house as needed. The living room is light and airy with large french doors that open to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials as well as basic spices for your convenience. You will have full access to the large garden with lovely sitting areas among the vegetable garden, olive and fruit trees as well as the use of a traditional Italian BBQ which we will be happy to show you how to use. The Laundry Room is located in one of our outbuildings where you have full access to the washer and dryer or the clothes line if you prefer. Guest have a private entrance to the apartment, full access to the garden and laundry room. We live in the downstairs apartment with our family dog. Montefiore is among the officially listed historical villages in Italy (Borghi più belli d'Italia) and the Torre del Pestrino is included among the relevant monuments in town. Located at 410 m. above sea level on top of a hill, Montefiore is only 12 Kilometers from the nearest beach and about one hour drive from the ski resorts. Throughout many centuries Montefiore was praised for its perfect climate, never too hot in summer and far from the humidity of the coast in the colder months. A car is needed for this region.
