Welcome to "The Cwtch", our cozy 1 bedroom en-suite private room with private entrance. Part of, but seperate to, our family home in Cardiff. Located 2.8 miles from the City centre, where you'll find the Principality Stadium, motor point arena, Cardiff Castle plus the busy retail park on Newport Road, if you enjoy the City you will love our location. Also only 5 mins away from Albany/City Road that are both oozing with restaurants/bars. Easy access to the M4 with free off road parking. The accommodation comprises of a private entrance leading into a large room with King size bed it's larger than your average room. The room has a working area with a comfortable chair also a sofa, a fridge with a breakfast area and a sink, and a location to prep-your food. There is a private ensuite shower room just for your use. The property is close to local supermarkets and independent shops and is conveniently located for access to the city center, universities and colleges, and the A470 and M4. If you also love the outdoors there are many things to do and trails to walk plus. Our home is located in a residential area where you can get a real flavour of the local area. Residential area close to all local and city centre amenities. Bus stops within 2 minute walk. We are located on the main road into the city centre which is only 10 mins away by car/taxi/bus. Local post office only minutes away surrounded by convenience stores and hairdressers/barbers and large retailers and supermarkets 5 mins walk as you head towards the city centre If coming by train - Central Square exit of Cardiff Central Station. Then, the No. 45 Bus from the Wyndham Arcade Bus Stop on St Mary's Street opposite Walkabout. Just a 4 min walk from Cardiff Central Train Station. Get off at Castle Avenue Bus Stop on Newport Road then just 1 min walk to the property. Free On Road Parking outside the property if coming by Car. Taxi is always super easy. Recommend downloading the Dragon Taxi App as they are quick and usually a lot cheaper than Uber. I am well-travelled and have a keen interest in sport and healthy living.
