2 Bedroom Suite on 2 Acre Homesite

Come to relax and getaway in this two bedroom guest suite in an attached wing of our private, secluded home in a country setting yet still close to amenities, shopping, entertainment & restaurants. Suite has its own private entrance & parking. Enjoy the relaxing sound of the pool waterfalls from your patio or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Guest suite or wing attached to our main home with separate parking area and its own entrance. Approximately 1,000 s.f. of attached living space with two bedrooms and one bath and a living and dining area with a wall of windows looking out past your outdoor patio to the pool and hot tub with creek area beyond with lots of trees. We provide a small Keurig coffeemaker for your morning coffee. There is also a microwave, toaster, and a small to mid-size refrigerator stocked with a few water bottles. The suite also has a washer/dryer in the foyer, a blow dryer, and an iron and ironing board for your use. Private entrance on side of home with keypad entry. Guest parking is either on the far side of the circle drive or in front of the 2 story garage. Guests have a patio for their morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There is a grill under the gazebo for their use as well. Guests are welcome to use the pool during the pool hours which begin at 7 am and end at 10pm. Due to the recent virus limitations, we will only allow listed guests on our property. We do not allow guests to have any additional guests or host any type of event at our home. Our neighborhood provides a wonderful area to go for a walk or jog and we also have bikes available in the garage for guests to go for a ride around the neighborhood if they desire. We will be on the property, living in our portion of the house during your stay which is separated by a couple of doors and the guest's laundry room. We will provide you with your privacy though we will be available by text or phone call to answer any questions. See list of nearby restaurants and entertainment below. We are in a small subdivision in an unincorporated area of McKinney with mostly older homes with 2 to 3 acre lots. There are homes in the area with horses and cows and an occasional friendly dog. Easy access to the North Dallas tollway, Sam Rayburn tollway (121) and Central Expressway (75).
