The lounge room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood heater, LCD television, stereo and DVD player. A variety of board games and movies are provided. There is a double lockup garage and a highset carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day. Situated within walking distance of Warwick's city centre, restaurants and clubs, Albion Cottage provides the opportunity to unwind and escape and is an ideal base from which to discover the delights of the Southern Downs and Granite Belt region. The showgrounds are only a few minutes walk and the Morgan Park sporting precinct is a five minute drive away. An open lawn area provides a place for children to play in the fully fenced yard. The property is let on a whole of house basis, not as individual rooms. Sean and Janine are always available by phone to answer questions or deal with any issued that arise. Albion Cottage is located a short walk from the centre of town and the Warwick Showgrounds. The popular Morgan Park sporting precinct is only a five minute drive away.
